聯合國「人口暨發展計畫」發佈的研究報告《各種低生育率對策成效如何？》（Policy responses to low fertility : How effective are they ?）指出，德國成功效仿瑞典，由國家建置 #公共托育服務、搭配 #友善育兒的職場，讓生育率與女性就業率達到正相關——是解決低生育率的通關密語，#其他政策作為都無明顯效果
