真得是過年前的大紅包！高雄市宣布，從今年1月起要替全市28家公托機構各類的專業人員月薪加碼4600，廚工也能往上加2000元，將有356人受惠，而這波不少的調漲幅度，也讓第一線托育人員直呼窩心，市長陳其邁說，希望可以鼓勵辛苦照顧下一代的托育人員，也能讓孩子能在完善的托育環境下平安成長。

新年還沒到，大禮就送到，毎天面對孩子，出招哄睡哄吃，育兒辛苦不亞於爸媽的托育人員，終於能加薪了，高雄市宣布，送禮對象就是公托機構的專業人員，而調漲幅度一加就是4600元，高雄市長陳其邁說：「原來托育人員平均的起薪是3萬元，我們調高到3萬4600元，毎年久任獎金的級距，毎一年再增加500元的級距。」

全市28家公托機構，各類專業人員，從1月起月薪加碼4600，而照顧兒童營養均衡的廚工人員，則加薪2000元，合計將有356位工作人員受惠，這個消息，可替托育人員，帶來更大的上班動力，托育機構廚工張小姐說：「肯定我們的工作，就是有動力為公托能夠繼續再服務。」，家長說：「就是獎勵，比較不會心有餘而力不足。」，市府帶頭，用最直接的福利，鼓勵托育人員的辛勞，就是希望，留住他們的心，降低這個行業流動率，也能讓小寶貝，在優質環境下健康成長。
