8月起準公幼學費調漲1000元 全教總：違背公共化精神

準公共即將進入第三年後，教保服務人員薪資至少應達3萬2000元。全教總今天舉行記者會表示，業者據此要求教育部調漲學費上限，教育部也同意開放調漲，今年8月後準公共合作的收費標準統一提高1000元。他們呼籲停止調漲，把補助金投入增加真正的公幼。

按準公幼規定，簽約期間不得調漲學費。全教總表示，教育部開放調漲，讓業者只需先解約，調高收費1000元之後重新簽約，就能繼續接受補助，等同變相漲價並由全民幫業者買單。

全教總也說，除此之外，配合0到6歲國家養政策，8月起政府補助家長將再多1000元，連同業者漲價的1000元，等於之後準公共業者，平均一個幼兒就能無條件從國民稅金中多接受2000元補助。以90人的幼兒園來說，國家每個月就要多從納稅人身上拿出18萬元補助私立業者。

全教總表示，這類只用金錢墊高的補助政策，完全沒有公共性，家長表現上看似支出錢少，可是國民稅金確是進入私立業者口袋，公部門的經費投入後，不僅在硬體建物、教育資源等都完全無法回收，私立業者也不具公共責任，完全沒有達到教育公共化精神，徒勞耗國家資產。
