高雄市輔育人員職業工會2023.5月訊憂超低生育率致人口結構塌陷，托盟提三大建言，盼下屆總統救人口

  20年來台灣生育率持續過低導致人口結構老化，若再不扭轉現況，恐面臨人口結構、勞動力及產業塌陷。托育政策催生聯盟（下稱托盟）聯合台灣勞工陣線、婦女新知基金會、全國教保產業工會等團體，共同向下任總統提出「破除傳統刻板性別角色」、「建立0-12歲不中斷的普及公共托育服務」、「創設彈性育嬰假」三大訴求，盼政府參考北歐經驗搶救台灣人口。
