yes保母好幫手，身心都要顧！yes

親愛的保母們，社會局114年度已推出居家托育服務心理支持計畫，快來看看「保母專屬身心健康雙補助」：

身體健康有保障：補助保母每兩年一次體檢費用

在職保母 申請前1年內有收托兒童。

於法定健檢時間(兩年)內提出申請，僅限申請1次。

準備體檢報告書、收據正本、郵局存簿影本，至居托中心填寫申請書。

補助每人上限850元，支出費用未達850元者核實補助。

心理健康不忽視：補助心理諮商費用

 45歲以上社會局全額補助心理諮商3次。

 45歲以下優請先使用衛生福利部「15-45歲青壯世代心理健康支持方案」。

 準備「本市居家式托育服務登記證書」(不是托育人員技術士證喔)，向心理諮商機構預約。

諮商機構接受預約並同意使用本計畫補助。
