3/21 【高雄現場+線上】「告別空污守護健康」當學校在工業區旁！校園空污暴露的防護對策論壇

在台灣，鄰近工業區的居民，長期承擔空污對健康的影響，尤其是兒童、長者等脆弱群體！直到現在，高雄作為工業城市的歷史包袱並未完全卸除，仍面對鋼鐵、石化產業帶來的環境與健康風險。

地球公民基金會關注空污議題已逾十年，從揭露高雄工業區鄰近學校學童的暴露風險、發起校園升空污旗等行動，到倡議政策加嚴和修法，逐步改善空氣品質。

除了整體產業和環境的改善，空污對特定族群的影響更需關注。工業區鄰近的學童，因長時間處於污染源範圍內，健康風險遠高於一般民眾，這不僅是環境問題，更涉及公共健康與代際公平。

此論壇將聚焦於當前校園空污現況，探討兒童環境權，並從實務面提供家長與市民可行的應對措施，包括防護策略與空氣清淨設備的選擇標準。

本場活動由國科會《探尋石化高雄的永續與公正轉型》整合型計畫主持人、中山社會系副教授邱花妹主持，會中除由「地球公民基金會」執行長王敏玲回顧空污治理與在地倡議行動，也邀請《報導者》記者孫文臨分享其針對工業區與鄰近學校空污問題所做的最新調查報導，並由高雄醫學大學公共衛生學系教授陳培詩、台大公共衛生學系副教授張弘潔分從不同專長領域進行分享與回應。

邀請市民與家長參與，從關心自身出發，提升對污染風險的認識和應對能力，進而守護世代健康與永續的生活環境。
