【會後新聞稿】反對放寬托嬰資格門檻，衛福部切莫短視近利

托育及就業政策催生聯盟2025年8月記者會

全國教保產業工會理事楊秀彥則指出，工會發出的網路問卷得到4027筆回覆，其中48%是托育人員、45%是家長。整體來說，高達94%的填答者都反對衛福部修法。如果衛福部想改善人力短缺的問題，根本應該著力於布建公共化托育體系，因為這樣才能提升人員薪資。相比之下，準公共化政策並沒有辦法留住人才。另外，目前托嬰中心現場工時實在太長，表面上符合勞基法每天八小時，實際上中午卻可能有長達兩小時的休息時間，卻不是在真正休息，而是陪伴孩子，結果導致一天出勤長達十小時。楊秀彥呼籲，改善托嬰中心工時，且將照顧比下修為一歲以下1:3、一歲以上1:4，才是人力流失的解方。
