114年度居家托育人員心理健康專區暨心理諮商補助

托育工作是一種專業，不僅要具備專業知識外，亦需付出更多愛心與耐心面對年幼兒童，故托育人員的身心狀態更需要好好照料，不讓工作壓力與情緒直接或間接影響托育照顧品質。紓解壓力遠離憂鬱，心理防護從覺察自我身心做起，托育人員可善用心情溫度計量表了解一下自己的情緒現況。

※高雄市政府社會局辦理「建構居家托育服務心理支持資源計畫」

為提升居家托育品質，健全居家托育人員身心健康，本局特辦理此計畫，補助居家托育人員健康檢查與心理諮商費用。
