勞動部回覆教育部，幼兒園所聘僱教保人員適用《勞基法》第35條休息時間規定疑義案

全國教保產業工會肯定勞動部的新函釋，回到《勞基法》第35條基於保障勞工健康與延續勞動力永續性的立場，第一線幼托服務人員在長時間的工作期間，有一段休息時間，不論對於工作者或幼兒都是維持照顧品質的關鍵。
