高雄市輔育人員職業工會2024.3月訊

幼托行業裡有9成以上都是女性從業人員，選在三八婦女節前夕招開記者會，全國教保產業工會理事長郭明旭表示，蔡英文總統任內雖承諾增加相關托育人員、教保服務人員的薪資，提高幼兒園教保員教保費，期待藉由適度提高待遇福利，鼓勵幼托機構服務人員長留久任，但國家的幼托政策不斷加碼現金補助，以及擴大補助私立幼托機構，使得整體幼托環境無法擺脫高度私有化與營利化的市場邏輯，導致因利潤至上所引起的投機違法事項！
