全國教保產業工會長期關注教保人員的勞動條件，歷年來固定進行勞動條件問卷調查，作為勞動公司倡議的背景數據。

謝謝林月琴委員主動關注教保人員勞動議題，來訊由本會提供相關數據，作為委員監督教保人員午休工時的參據。

幼教市場多數工作者在人力配置不足的狀況下，難以離開工作現場，超過工時也不會如實給加班費，未來還要請委員督促勞動相關單位加強托育機構勞動檢查，才能進一步落實教保托育現場工時8小時制，降低教保工作者勞動工時、情緒與壓力，也才能提高幼兒照顧品質。
